Welcome to tribal council. Behind each of you is a torch, grab it, approach the flame and get fire. This is part of the ritual of tribal council, cause in this game, FIRE REPRESENTS YOUR LIFE. When your fire is gone, so are you,.



Each of you will put this parchment in an image editing software with the name of the person you want to vote out on it, and you will then post it in your confessional. IF you feel you won't post a parchment or vote in 24 hours, PLEASE MAKE A BOOTLIST. Otherwise, you run the risk of SELF VOTING. Two self votes, and you're OUT OF THIS GAME.

ALSO, along with your vote to vote someone out, you are also casting a vote for a new tribe captain. Parchment isn't necessary for this vote, just state who you would like to see as tribe captain. Any questions, feel free to ask either me or Wes.

BURTON is immune due to coming in late. You cannot vote for Burton. Everyone else is fair game.

1. Burton - How's it feel coming into the game late? Think you can make up some ground wit your tribe?
2. Ciera - How would you rate your tribes performance in tthe challenge today? Good? Bad? Average?
3. Cirie - Who on this tribe just screams "first boot material" to you?
4. Dan - How strong do you think this tribe is? Do you guys communicate well or not at all?

6. Gabe - Do you think you guys can come back and send Davis to TC next week?

4. Dan - How strong do you think this tribe is? Do you guys communicate well or not at all?

I think once we get a teamwork challenge, we'll show Davis how it's done. Even for an individual challenge that we just had, we communicated well throughout it and had a pretty good idea of how everyone was doing. Overall I think we got a strong tribe that'll grow stronger after this vote!

5. Danni - What are you basing your vote on tonight?

I'm not going to bother with giving a cryptic answer here. I think it's pretty obvious and plain to see who's been holding our tribe back. Coach managed to get 43 fires today. 43. There's one of us here who didn't even put enough effort in to get 1. Simply put, we just can't have inactive players on our tribe if we're going to stand a chance against Davis in the next Immunity Challenge, and so that's what I'm basing my vote on tonight.

7. Kim - Now that you are no longer captain, who would you like to see as your replacement?

I think anyone would be a great as a replacement! I am happy to give my hat up. Captain can be shared! LOL

6. Gabe - Do you think you guys can come back and send Davis to TC next week?

Yes

Or at least I would say we have a pretty good shot. This challenge was individual and solely endurance basically. I'm almost positive that as a tribe and in a challenge that doesn't involve sitting around all day we can do a lot better.

2. Ciera - How would you rate your tribes performance in tthe challenge today? Good? Bad? Average?

I think everybody on our tribe does good. It's hard challenge, and we're on our weekend party, we can't be starting fire all day long.

Only person here who did bad is Cirie. I think she's ghost who's died before the challenge starts. Even Burton does better than her and he's not in this challenge. Let's send her back in hell where she belongs. That's what you get when you're ghost.

Stacey - How is the overall activity level among your tribe?

Aside from my sister Cirie, our tribe seems pretty stellar! It's great to have people who gave such incredible performances in the challenge, such as Dannie, Gabe, and Ciera. I'm hoping that once our weakest link is cut, we'll be able to shine bright like a diamond

1. Burton - How's it feel coming into the game late? Think you can make up some ground wit your tribe?

I feel like I missed a little bit of time to bond with the people in the cast, but that's ok! I've been spending time talking to the people on my tribe since I got here in order to make up that ground, and I've got to say that we're a great group. And I think we're gonna kick ass

imma take a guess and say we're gonna boot someone whose been a no show thus far and cleanse the tribe of inactivity.
