All right guys, here's how this is going to work.
Vince, Kim, you will both start off by picking the opposite gender of yourself. That is, Vince will pick a girl, and Kim will pick a dude, then the next round Vince will pick a dude, and Kim will pick a girl. You'll continue alternating until everyone has been picked.
To the others, you cannot post in this thread until the pick is over, however you may talk to either Vince or Kim during the pick if you want to try and sway their decisions.
