Hey there, Burton and Kim! Congratulations for making the FTC.Good job/good game, Burton and Kim. Thanks to JFP, Wes, and Austin for being such amazing hosts and putting up with me. Thanks to all of the PWs, specifically the ones who liked my posts, you know who you are. <3

Being the superfan I am, I will use two-three Jury questions from a previous iconic castaway in a previous season of Pure in my questions to all. Good luck, slay me with your answers, you get my vote. 


Kim Spradlin - Resident GOAT

Hey boo boo! How's your day been boo boo? Who are we voting for boo boo? I love you boo boo. OMG we can do this boo boo! I have your back boo boo! SHUT. UP. Like seriously, you're annoying at times. Your constant lies were incredibly stupid, and I'll have you know I was NOT fooled when you tried to trick me into believing you were saving me. I played with you in S1, so I know your tricks. Sorry, "boo boo." Why are you such a liar? You can say it was your strategy, but it's so stupid. Was your strategy to become a goat and lose FTC? Because that's the way its looking now. You better show up and IMPRESS at the FTC because quite frankly we, the Jury don't find your game impressive at all. So you can continue to use that "Don't hate me 'cos I'm winning!" gif all you want, but at this rate the only thing you're going to be winning is a spot in the Pure Idiots Hall of Fame. So I'd advice you to get serious and come in here with the intent of answering everything truthfully and seriously. Even though you were a complete jackass to me in this game, I won't hold that against you. Was I angry? Yup. Am I still angry at you? Nope. I'm just confused as to why you had to lie for no reason. Here are my questions to you:

1. Why did you feel the need to lie? Apologize to me for lying to me, and make it heartfelt.

2. Why'd you choose Kim as your rep?



Hey Burton. I really don't have anything to say to you. Thanks for not lying to me on my way out, I truly respect that and you won props in my book for that. I appreciated it very much, because you didn't make me waste my time unlike Kim. For this, I say thank you. Here are my questions to you:

2. Why was I the target rather than Sash in the round I was voted out?


A lot of it had to do with the fact that you seemingly had connections with people here on Read. This stemmed from the fact that you did mutiny to our tribe (for a very short time, albeit) and people were afraid that you made some friends over on Read while you were here. There was also a rumor going around that you had made a F2 with Danni. Which I'm still not sure how true that is, since Danni herself denied it. But that is also what did you in -- when that F2 rumor got around, even Danni wanted to take you out so the rumor would go away.

Sash wasn't the target because, at that point, no one viewed him as a huge threat. Coach was viewed as the huge threat on Davis at that point, so if anyone was going to be targeted and sent out of the game, it would have been him. Unfortunately, the rumors did end up sending you out of here, which sucks because you seem like a cool chick

Shirin, I think you were definitely taken out of this game before your time. From what I saw of you, you were a strong player who was willing to do anything to help themselves survive. You knew your position in this game very well, and when you realized it just wasn't that good, you worked to get yourself out of any hole you were in. Like when you mutinied, that was a smart move that probably saved you from being the last pre-juror.

When I talked to you you just seemed funny, spunky, charming etc. I wish I got to know you better.

Honestly, and I know this is going to be a cop out answer, but...not a whole heck of a lot. I guess I would have tried to have more active conversations with people I hadn't met before merge. That is probably the biggest flaw in my game -- I didn't get to know the Davis people as well as I should've. But overall, I think I played this game exactly like I wanted to. My strategy in games usually pans out like this -- make strong alliances pre-merge, make sure other people in your alliances look like bigger threats than you. Then take out the people on the other side of the game. Then take out the big threats in your alliances. And, despite it sounding like a fairly simple strategy, this is the first time I've ever successfully done that!

But I know I should've kept up casual conversation with people in this game more than I did, and that was a flaw. Real life got in the way there, but it's still my fault at the end of the day. And it's something I'd change if I played this game through again.

3. Tasha Fox - S1: Define your game in 25 words or less.


Made strong alliances, then made moves at various points in early merge. Won final three challenges, took out the big threats.


It's very tough for me to be concise like that LOL, but hopefully that's good.

Whitney would be OTT3. She would definitely have some central focus on Davis tribe as she was elected captain. However, she was also involved in some of the pre-merge Davis drama, which would give her a pretty OTT focus.




Shirin would get CPP4. On Davis, she would be portrayed as the underdog -- there was a lot of chaos on Davis and the viewers would just want to see her get through it. Eventually, she would take charge in the battleship challenge and get a reward, which the viewers would love. Her mutiny episode would be great too. The edit would tease us into her going home, but then she would win the mutiny and save herself at the last minute, causing chaos on Davis. Once merge hit, it would become clear that she had some game, and the viewer would want her to get through the merge. However, in a crazy/tragic boot episode, she'd be sent home.



If Shirin is the CPP force on Davis, Coach would be seen as the CPN4 force going against her. Over on Read, I got the impression that Coach was the man behind the curtain running things. And based on how Morgan felt about him at least, I don't think that he was a very positive force while he was doing it. That said, Coach isn't an OTT character. He had some serious skill at making relations in this game that would make him a serious contender to win it all.



Ciera would be a pretty OTT character in this game. She would be the glamorous girl who was interested in being fabulous and loving Taylor Swift, vs actually surviving on the island. Later on through the merge, the viewers would realize that she actually was here to play the game. However, I think viewers would see it more as being sneaky, which would probably still contribute to her OTTness.



Gabe would be pretty MOR3. While he was my closest ally, I feel like he was definitely a cog in the big Read alliance. Highlights from Gabe would be him getting a nullifier from the other tribe (I'm not sure how they'd portray that on TV but whatevs!). Gabe would be seen as a side kick type character to Danni and me. There'd be lots of scenes of us strategizing together and trying to kick ass. <3



Sash I think would be pretty UTR2 for a lot of the game, eventually getting more of a CPP4 edgic as the merge went on. Early on in the game, Sash definitely wasn't a central focus. That was part of his strategy -- to let others take the heat while he rode on through. Once all his meatshields left the game though, he would emerge as a pretty strategic force with Morgan. He would become the lovable underdog that the viewers REALLY want to win the game, even though they know it's not incredibly likely. The Ciera/Gabe votes would definitely be his shining episodes, as it would appear that Davis is finally turning it around, and he'd emerge as the winner.



OH gosh...Morgan's edit would be all over the place. I think she'd be pretty OTTM5. I could really see her swinging back from positive to negative throughout the episodes. Her mutinying would be an example of her positivness, but then her getting involved with lots of fights could make her appear as negative. There'd also just be entire segments devoted to her running to both sides of Read to try to stir up some drama to save herself. Morgan would appear as an incredibly visible force throughout the episodes, but I can see her edit in each ep being wildly different. Which would be fun to watch.

Obviously, Danni would be pretty CPP5. In a well edited season, she would appear as the red herring for who's going to win this game. Because throughout most of the merge, Danni was the top contender. Everyone thought she was going to win, and every attempt made to take her down was thwarted. I think the alliances she made on the fly at various points in the game would cause lots of entertainment -- people would love to see her shaking up the game. 

Nick would be a pretty MOR3 force. Pre-merge, Nick would be UTR, not making too much of an impact, especially since Read escaped tribal so many times. However, as the merge got more intense, so would his edit. Nick took a pretty active role at many of the votes, and was definitely playing the game in the way that was best for him. Also, his charm and obvious appeal with the ladies would make him a pretty strong fan fave.

Hey! Not sure who you played in season one but god save me on that note alone. *nervous* Shows how un-aware I was with who played previous seasons.

I am very sorry to have lied to you for no logical reason. At the time when you left, I was finding out a lot of information regarding the game you were playing. The bonds you had with people both from my tribe(Danni) and people like Morgan and Sash were scary to me. I didn't have that same bond with you, but was being placed alongside you in alliances due to circumstance. I could not work with your side. I was on the bottom of my side, yes. But I still had tight bonds with Nick and Ciera. I extremely considered working with you, and your "side" but I could not do it ultimately. I wanted to keep my options open as much as possible, more to find out information. From you, Morgan, Sash, Coach etc. I needed to find out information to try and better my situation coming into merge. I was at no place in the game to disregard info. I used lies and bonds with different groups to obtain that information, figure out bonds, and work my strategy to benefit my own game. Sorry again.

2. Why'd you choose Kim as your rep?

I loved Kim in One World, and I loved One World(I know a lot of people hated it as a season). I thought she was an amazing player, and I tend to always play the same survivor characters: Cirie, Crystal Cox, Alicia Caraway. I wanted to do something different. Kim S was something different, and I honestly had a ball both times playing as her.

I think you played a very smart, strategic, game. I think given different numbers come merge you could have placed very well/done very well in this game. I said it multiple times now, but will say it again. Your tribe was a lot more aggressive in terms of gameplay early on. I think you were a key to that, and you made some strong relations with people from my tribe as well. I think that social game that you played was something worth a lot of weight. I see you as an all star this season, along with Sash and Morgan from your tribe. You guys played this game socially and succeeded. You may have been our early jury, but your journey was something that would have been iconic to watch in the show.

I would have made more social bonds with certain people during the pre merge. I was almost too quiet, that could have cost me the game if we lost the challenges/I didn't have the idol yet. If that was the case, I could have went home earlier based off things I am hearing. I think we would never know for sure, but that was a huge weakness that I wish I improved. Talking to people from my tribe even a tad bit more, or the other tribe. I do think it could have led to me being looked at differently and possibly targeted due to being a returnee but we will never know for sure.

3. Tasha Fox - S1: Define your game in 25 words or less.

A sly, under the radar, bitch who lied constantly, and socially maneuvered her way to get to the end game with another UTR player.

I will give Whitney UTRN, she was under the radar and in a negative way in my opinion. I think unfortunately it didn't work to her favor in this game.

CPP majority of the time. I think you were controlling your own fate in this game. Towards the end it likely went a bit more MOR, but I still think you had majority CPP in this game. Controlling your fate in a positive way.

MOR, I think he played a great game. I only got to see a bit of his game, but it was very social. Due to so many things going on throughout merge, I think he would have been left with MOR, more CPs then him in the merge game.

CPN i think would be her overall. I think a huge controlling social player, but at the end..it would have turned into OTTN. I think she was overall so in control of her own game though. Having so many different social bonds and control over the situations up until her boot. Because of that, CP would be overall average and likely with a N.

I would say UTRP or MOR, likely UTRP because his position was very positive, and he was never a negative character. He was a smart UTR player that was hidden by a lot of other people in the game. If it wasn't for his power of a vote reducer he may not have went when he did. I think it was the smartest move to take out that reducer. He was playing a great game up until that point though.

CPP, sometimes MOR, but I think a lot of people missed so much of his social and strategic game to just place him as MOR. He was such a strong player, and I would be super curious to see his confessionals and everything he did in the game. I thought he was likely a strong player pre-merge game.

OTTN, with a ton of CPNs as well throughout the season. She was over the top at times, but it was usually in a strategic sense. I think her overall would easily be OTTN, but I do think she was such a strong social player as well. She played an awesome game, but us OTT bitches sometimes get linked so easily to OTT they forget about how we were playing the game too.

Overall, I would say MOR. I think she had some times when she could have been ranked CP, but the general game would be MOR or UTR due to her being very low key with her strategy and likely overshadowed by bigger characters and strategic players if this was really shooting episodes.

UTRP, I think easily a UTR player that would be shown here and there with some jokes. I think he was always thinking of the game but was so overshadowed by myself, and other players throughout merge. If he would be shown, it would likely be during one of my big fights, or saying a funny ass joke.
